They took down the wall and the ceiling then rebuilt the room with a new ceiling. I had a new toilet, bath and sink fitted with a shower screen too. They did all the actual fitting and even helped me design it. The room had an off shape off to the side so they suggested turning the toilet sideways and fitting it in the space and it was a great idea, it fits perfectly. We talked through what we wanted then after stripping back the walls realised that the plaster was in awful condition so would need skimming and he was happy to do this too. They tidy up after themselves, don’t leave any tools or mess lying about so that we could still use the rooms.
